At NextPage we do a lot of projects that deserve a spotlight. As with other idea people, we believe the sharing of ideas can have a major effect on the creative process. We hope that some of our most enjoyable and sometimes ambitious projects may spark something in our readers to create something bold. Here is our winter edition of the projects that we find exciting and influential.
One of TMC’s unique features is the 400+ pieces of museum quality art to provide a more comforting and healing environment. TMC teamed with NextPage to promote and reiterate the organizations brand and culture. This gallery wall displays keywords that represent its mission as well as pictures of physicians that model these ideals. The team chose the words: education, quality, compassion, teamwork, caring, and diversity. The variety of substrates, color contrast, and scale create a clean and impactful display.
The new directional signs at the Zoo feature an easy to navigate panel that is magnet receptive. This unique feature makes the addition of event based directional signage as easy as applying a magnet.
The large Elephant Expedition signage was created with the natural aestethic of the Expedition in mind. The customized sign carrier allows for changeable graphics that can be updated, if needed.
The informational animal signage went through a number of prototypes to establish the perfect height and sign size. The graphics are made for long-term life, yet are removable.
The elements often provide unique challenges when it comes to outdoor signage and experiential graphics. The Sea Lion Splash Banner reflects a solution to an ongoing problem. Previous banners suspended in this location sustained consistent damage by wind loads. Upon examination it was determined that the banner needed to be bigger and more taut to prevent ongoing damage. This new mesh banner has outlasted both of its predecessors!
The signs for the Sea Lion Snack Shop feature the same UV resistance and aesthetic as other signs produced for the zoo. The difference is in the material used to mount these signs, which is rated for 10 years of outdoor life.
Visit KC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to igniting a global passion for visiting Kansas City. By attracting conventions, tourism, and other events, Visit KC’s mission aims to support local events, promote local businesses, and welcome travelers from all over the world. This hometown spirit takes shape in many forms including this larger than life wall art in the Visit KC offices.
When your ideas are bigger than a sheet of paper, you need a partner that understands how to bring your ideas to life. NextPage helps our clients do just that; with sizes up to 64″ in width on our roll to roll devices and 5′ x 10′ with our flatbed printers. Once a job is printed, our high quality equipment gives us the ability to finish each project using both lamination films and specialty cutting, but it doesn’t stop there. We even offer services for installation, making sure we are there for you every step of the way.
The bigger the better! NextPage has been bringing your large print dreams to life for over 30 years. From banners to billboards, vehicle wraps and wall murals, all the way to floor decals, we can do it all. Our lookbook was created to shed inspiration from previous work we have done all around the local Kansas City area.
